Product Introduction
The permanent magnetic wet magnetic separator mainly uses high-performance permanent magnets as materials and adopts special manufacturing and installation processes. It is suitable for iron mines, sand mines, and ore dressing plants for wet separation of coarse and fine magnetic minerals. The machine has three types of troughs: semi-countercurrent trough (CTB) ,cocurrent trough (CTS) and countercurrent trough (CTN), which are suitable for different separation particle sizes and different separation process requirements.

Technical Features
1. Uniform: Using a tubular ore feeding device and overflow plate overflow to achieve uniform ore feeding.
2. Multi-magnetic: Multi-pole design, and the magnetic system structure can be changed according to the mineral properties and ore dressing index requirements to achieve reasonable ore dressing indicators.
3. Semi-countercurrent: Using a semi-countercurrent ore feeding method, the drum rotates forward, and multiple levels of washing water are set (can be selectively opened and closed according to the situation).
4. Angle: The magnetic system adopts a large included angle design, up to 240 degrees.
5. Magnetic field: A magnetic field stirring device is set inside the cylinder.
6. Ore unloading: High-performance stainless steel scraper two-stage unloading is used to ensure clean unloading.
