Scope of application
Permanent magnet dry magnetic separator (magnetic pulley) is a low-cost, high-efficiency and durable energy-saving and environmentally friendly beneficiation equipment. The magnetic system is made of NdFeB material with high remanence and high coercivity, and different magnetic induction intensity can be customized according to the specific needs of customers. Products are widely used in mineral processing plants, iron mines, steel mills, building materials recycling and other industries. It has the characteristics of low energy consumption, high recovery rate, large processing capacity, small footprint and high utilization rate.

Technical features
● With forced feeding device, to achieve the purpose of uniform ore.
● Magnetic system adopts large wrap angle design, up to 270 degrees. Multi-magnetic pole design, and according to the mineral properties and mineral processing index requirements to change the magnetic system structure, to achieve a reasonable mineral processing index.
● A magnetic field stirring device is arranged in the cylinder.
● The two-stage unloading of high-performance stainless steel scraper is used to ensure clean unloading.
