Description

Overview
Permanent magnet wet magnetic separator mainly uses high-performance permanent magnet as the material, to take a special production process manufacturing, installation. It is suitable for wet separation of coarse and fine particles of magnetic minerals in iron mines, sand mines, beneficiation plants, etc. The machine is equipped with three types of tanks: semi-countercurrent tank (CTB), downstream tank (CTS) and countercurrent tank (CTN), which are respectively suitable for different particle sizes and different process requirements.

Technical features
● Adopt tubular ore feeding device, overflow through the overflow plate, to achieve the purpose of uniform ore feeding.
● Magnetic system adopts large wrap angle design, up to 240 degrees. Multi-magnetic pole design, and according to the mineral properties and mineral processing index requirements to change the magnetic system structure, to achieve a reasonable mineral processing index.
● A magnetic field stirring device is arranged in the cylinder.
● Adopt downstream feeding mode, drum reverse rotation, with multi-stage rinsing water (can be selectively opened and closed according to the situation).
● The two-stage unloading of high-performance stainless steel scraper is used to ensure clean unloading.
